Sunburst Relic Telecaster Luthier's and woodworker, please share your feedback. The goal was a custom finish capturing this client's love of the color orange and coffee and espresso. While not intended to be a "relic" in terms of a faux damaged finish, it was intended to come out looking old. I chose to do a minwax water-base finish to take advantage of the quicker dry times.
