On December 27, 1993 WCW’s 11th annual Starrcade took place from the sold-out Independence Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina. The main event was between Vader (with Harley Race) and Ric Flair for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. This was the first Starrcade to feature Flair since the Starrcade in 1990.
