In Rosarito today for a spay and neuter clinic and this little stray cotton ball blew past our van. She moves pretty quick on her 3 good legs. She was closely followed by people trying to help, chasing after her on foot— that didn’t work. We stayed in the van, very aware that we weren’t going to be successful in catching this dog at this time.
