This year was my first year growing loofah and I started the plant way too late. Unfortunately they didn't start fruiting until September so not one of them was able to fully dry on the vine before our first frost hit. I was able to watch a couple other homesteaders on here process their green loofahs if you want to check them out here! 👇 @itsbreellis and @alinadobbb So basically I cut the loofah three different ways.
