UPDATE: Houston Fire Department crews responded to a major crash around 9:30 AM on IH-610 South Loop westbound at Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard involving an 18-wheeler and a CenterPoint Energy utility truck. The utility truck was pinned against a light pole, trapping a passenger inside, while both drivers were reported uninjured.
