Sometimes deals are easy as pie to close… but that definitely does not mean they all are 🥹 Deals can get hairy for all sorts of reasons, and at the end of the day it becomes a situation where the lawyers have final say… It’s their job to protect their clients. That’s on BOTH sides of the transaction, and it’s how it should be! So when things get very complicated, I make sure to meet with both lawyers and see if a solution can be found Let’s hope for the best!! 🙏 . . . . . . . #realestateinvest
