Kiev also claimed to have hit oil product tanks in the Russian port of Temryuk in the Krasnodar region and a gas processing plant in Orenburg

The vessel is part of Russia's so-called "shadow fleet" - unregulated ships that Kyiv says are exporting large quantities of oil despite Western sanctions.
