Thomas Frank drops big hint on Tottenham’s January transfer plans: ‘We will be in the market’
Thomas Frank has suggested Tottenham will be active in the January transfer window after the club signed off the year with a win at Crystal Palace. Spurs have had a turbulent first half of the campaign, with woeful home form plaguing Frank’s first season at the club.
Highlights from the Premier League 2025-26 match between Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur played at Selhurst Park on Sunday.
Palace exposed from a defensive set-piece once again. It was an inswinger to the back post from Porro, Kolo Muani won the header, Richarlison flicked it on, and there was Archie Gray unmarked a few yards from goal to score the easiest of headers.
The precise identities of their January targets may change depending on what happens with Fabio Paratici. At the time of writing, Paratici, who only rejoined Spurs as a sporting director in October, is subject to an offer from Fiorentina to make a surprise return to Italy.
Tottenham are under new management in the 2025/26 season, but the first half of the campaign has not been kind to Thomas Frank in terms of results.
