LANSING, MI -- A Powerball player in Michigan landed a $1 million win in the drawing held on Wednesday, Dec. 24. The player matched all five white numbers drawn -- 4-25-31-52-59 -- to win the $1 million prize.

A $1 million Powerball ticket was sold in Howell on Christmas Eve, state officials said. According to the Michigan Lottery, the ticket was bought in a Kroger located at 10059 E. Highland Road.
