Notre Dame lands Australian punter who will join the team in January
Notre Dame football got a gift on Christmas, as Australian punter Jasper Scaife committed and will enroll in January.
Scaife’s commitment comes as Notre Dame loses fellow Australian James Rendell, who punted for the Irish the past two seasons. According to our reporting partners at the South Bend Tribune, Rendell’s request for a third year of eligibility was denied by the NCAA.
