Thomas Campbell from Marshfield is accused of hiding a camera inside a unisex bathroom at a Cohasset public library.
He was accused of recording people in a bathroom at the Paul Pratt Memorial Library in Cohasset.
“This is a serious and disturbing violation of personal privacy," said Cohasset Police Chief William Quigley.
