Fort Washington Park remained closed Monday as investigators returned to the area where five devices resembling pipe bombs were discovered over the weekend. More explosive devices were found Monday, per officials.

The ATF said Monday that initial findings indicate that the devices were not recently planted.

Authorities said improvised explosives were thrown during a clash between far-right demonstrators and counterprotestors.

A suspect was arrested by Windsor police last Tuesday on a felony charge of possession of explosive device parts.

Police say they caught 41-year-old Matthew Schutz with "multiple" explosive devices at a Michigan City church.

If she is convicted, she faces anywhere from five to 20 years in prison.
