Okay, I know I'm not the coldest can of Coors Light in the fridge or the sharpest knife in the drawer... I have used these before but I've never owned one, so I don't really know that much about them.
All of our users in our building (about 50 users) are using APC Back-UPS 350 battery backup units. At least 3 times over the past 8 months or so, 2 or more users have had their battery backup units ...
