On Christmas Day, torrential rain in Southern California set new records in Los Angeles, Burbank and Santa Barbara, forecasters say.
The third and final round of a holiday storm has arrived in Southern California, bringing the continued threat of flooding, and mud and debris flow.
Officials in Los Angeles and surrounding counties warned that the giant holiday storm could trigger "widespread flash flooding."
The National Weather Service said two more impulses will move through the area with the potential for flooding in the burn scar areas.
